1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," I, as the data subject, give my voluntary, informed, and unambiguous consent to the Non-Governmental Organization "Association of Social Initiatives," as the data controller, to:
1.1. Process my personal data (as defined in Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection") to the extent specified in Clause 4 of the Notification on Personal Data Processing, using the website's software tools, in accordance with the purpose of personal data processing (collection), pursuant to Clause 1 of Part 2 of Article 7 and Clause 1 of Part 1 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
1.2. Use my personal data to the extent that includes any actions by the data controller regarding the processing of this data, actions to protect it, and actions to grant partial or full rights to process personal data to other entities related to personal data (Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
