Why Now?

Historic Moment: Ukraine is a stronghold of democracy. The Alliance will solidify its Western course and strengthen the global security system.

Old Security Doesn’t Work: Neither the Budapest Memorandum nor formal guarantees provided protection. A new, real defense partnership mechanism is needed.

Forming a joint working group to prepare the expansion of the subsoil agreement into an unprecedented UAUA alliance.

Creating joint production of drones, AI, and EW systems. Accessing the U.S. market for Ukrainian military and civilian products through preferential partnership access and joint standards.
